Become a Dent Scholar

The Dent Scholarship applications for 2017 are now closed. If you’ve applied for a scholarship, you’ll hear whether you’re selected or not by the end of November.

Again this year, Dent will be awarding full conference passes to a limited number of applicants — the number of scholarships funded depends on the number of “Alchemist” registrations to Dent. Anyone with an invitation code can register for Dent as an “Alchemist,” which includes, beyond the normal registration benefits, an invitation to a special Alchemist Wine Tasting, and recognition in conference materials. Each Alchemist ticket helps us keep the Dent community dynamic by making it possible for us to invite startup, nonprofit, and inspiring leaders who would not otherwise be able to attend. Don’t have an invitation code? Get one here. Dent brings together a wide-ranging group of highly motivated entrepreneurs, investors, innovative thinkers, designers, artists, and leaders who are all looking to “put a dent in the universe.” It’s a unique opportunity to meet and build relationships with the kinds of folks who can help you make a difference.

Dent Scholars will be given a complimentary, full registration to Dent 2017. Scholars are asked to attend all four days of the conference as well as the activities, dinners, and receptions that are part of the experience. Dent registration includes access to all Dent sessions, receptions, official activities, drinks, and selected meals from Sunday to Wednesday. Scholarship recipients are also invited to join us for a special breakfast on Sunday morning, where they will have the chance to meet and talk with members of the Dent Advisory Board, Speakers, Alchemists, and the conference Founders.

Applications close on October 31, 2016, after which applicants will be reviewed by Dent advisors and registered Alchemists. Recipients will be announced by November 30th, 2016. Recipients will be notified by email, using the contact information provided in their application. Those selected will have the option to accept or pass on their scholarship, but scholarships cannot be deferred or transferred.
