The Longevity Horizon: Dr. Brad Younggren at Dent Santa Fe 2025

Dr. Brad Younggren will explore 'The Longevity Horizon: Breakthroughs Shaping the Future of Aging' in a fireside chat at Dent Santa Fe 2025

We are excited that Dr. Brad Younggren, CEO and Co-founder of Circulate Health, will join us at Dent Santa Fe 2025 for a conversation exploring "The Longevity Horizon: Breakthroughs Shaping the Future of Aging."

During his fireside chat at Dent Santa Fe, Brad will discuss in general the current state of longevity science and also he will dive a bit into how therapeutic plasma exchange and other emergent breakthroughs represent a shift from treating age-related diseases to targeting aging mechanisms. The conversation will explore what happens if biological clocks become reversible, the economic and social implications of extending human healthspan, and new opportunities when aging becomes modifiable. He'll also share insights from Circulate Health's clinical experience and will also discuss emerging applications beyond aging, such as how plasma exchange might address environmental toxins like microplastics.

Brad’s background combines rigorous clinical science with proven entrepreneurship and breakthrough longevity results. His recent work represents how aging itself may become a treatable condition rather than an inevitable decline.

Brad served as a U.S. Army physician in Iraq, earning a Bronze Star and Combat Medical Badge. Over the past 15 years, he has served as Chief Medical Officer at five healthcare companies, including 98point6 (AI-powered primary care), Cue Health (home lab testing), and Mobisante (the first FDA-approved mobile phone medical device). He has consistently worked at the intersection of medicine and technology, taking breakthrough science and making it accessible to patients.

Brad collaborates with the Buck Institute for Research on Aging through his co-founder Dr. Eric Verdin, the Institute's CEO. In May 2025, they published results in Aging Cell showing that therapeutic plasma exchange can measurably reverse biological age. Participants who received their enhanced protocol showed an average biological age reduction of 2.6 years based on molecular biomarkers. Impressively, this reduction was observed across all 36 biological clocks/analyses available on the market at the time, suggesting a broad and consistent effect . The treatment also restored immune cell profiles, reduced cellular senescence markers, and improved physical function.

Circulate Health has completed over 1,000 treatments across 24 clinics in eight states, backed by $12 million in funding led by Khosla Ventures.
