The Dent Podcast: Bre Pettis on The 3D Printing Revolution

January 28, 2013 by Jason

Bre PettisBre Pettis is the co-founder and CEO of MakerBot Industries, a company that produces and sells 3D printers that you can take home, put on your desk, and covet, ’cause oh man they’re cool. The shiny and vaguely sinister looking machines sit at the nexus of what many call the next industrial revolution, and comparisons between the MakerBot Replicator II and the Apple II are both inevitable and appropriate.

Although busy denting the universe, Bre was kind enough to join us for a podcast interview on the history and mission of MakerBot Industries, the path it has taken, and what Bre hopes the near future will hold for us in a world awash in 3D printing.
