An original Batman watercolor by legendary artist Bill Sienkiewicz has returned from a month-long mission aboard the International Space Station. The piece was part of a payload launched through a collaboration with Voyager Technologies, Redwire Space, and NASA, alongside Dent Space Watches. At San Diego Comic-Con, the artwork—now back on Earth—is on display, and panelists from the mission will walk attendees through the process of launching creative, scientific, and branded material into orbit. On May 23, after a brief weather delay, SpaceX’s CRS-32 Dragon capsule undocked from the International Space Station at 12:00 p.m. EDT and completed its deorbit burns. The capsule—carrying our Swiss-crafted Dent timepieces and a Batman-themed watercolor by Bill Sienkiewicz—is scheduled to splash down off the California coast at approximately 1:45 a.m. EDT on May 25, when recovery teams will retrieve and inspect the payload.
