We recommend coming into Santa Fe by Saturday, September 13. This will ensure you’re settled into the hotel and ready for Sunday’s morning activities.

Leave from Santa Fe

We recommend leaving Santa Fe on Wednesday, September 16. Though if you want to extend your stay, sign up to join us in Taos for the day with a special small group outing.

Attire

Casual, relaxed business attire. Comfortable shoes for in-town walks. Jacuzzi attire if that’s your jam to socialize with other Denters. Light jacket or sweater recommended for night time and the conference rooms can get cold.

Additional fees may be requested for some Sunday Activities. Your Dent The Future fee covers most meals including:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Breakfasts

Slack Communications

The best way to stay in touch before, during, and after Dent is our Slack Channel. We have a growing community of 600+ members that you will have access to! We’ll have a specific private channel for #Dent2025. This is also a great way to make plans for meetups with other Denters during the event.

Our community leads with kindness. We will ask you to abide by the following:

  • Please read an be familiar with Our Code of Conduct

  • Complete respect for all guests and staff.

  • Zero tolerance for any disruptive actions.

Getting to Santa Fe

Option 1: Fly into Santa Fe Regional Airport

Select a flight into Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF). This is a small regional airport, and will land you 20 minutes drive away from La Fonda. You can call a taxi or Uber from the airport into town. These are limited, so please bring patience when you land.

Option 2: Fly into Albuquerque and drive to Santa Fe

Select a flight into Albuquerque (ABQ). This is a larger international airport with many more flight opetions. However, you will need to drive an hour to make your way to La Fonda. You can rent a car from the airport or take a shuttle service. Dent does not arrange this and they do fill up so please be sure to plan ahead.

DENTER TIP! Join the Slack Channel to connect with other Denters to plan travel ahead of time. Denters often land on the same flight and share rides to their destination. There’s even a cohort who roadtrips from Denver! Don’t be shy if you’re new - all are welcome to do this!
